Doing Good in Your Neighborhood

In the 2011-2012 school year, site the Alameda County Office of Education, viagra EarthTeam and StopWaste.Org will work with over 30 Alameda County secondary schools serving more than 35,000 students through the Service-Learning Waste Reduction Project (SLWRP).  Each SLWRP school has a leadership team working to find ways to reduce waste on campus and in the community through hands-on student action projects that help teach science, math, language arts, graphic design, public speaking and more.

The map below shows the locations of SLWRP schools in Alameda County. Blue tags highlight the high schools while yellow tags indicate junior highs and middle schools. Former SLWRP schools are tagged purple and community partner organizations are tagged green. Do you want to bring SLWRP to your school?
